The Q nightclub in New York City received rave reviews after it opened and was often very busy. After just over a year open, the club is not the subject of controversy following a lawsuit.

The celebrity-backed, multilevel Hell's Kitchen nightclub opened a little over a year ago. What ended up being built was far more controversial.
